Domestic USA Orders

Orders over $100 qualify for free, standard USPS shipping.

Standard shipping time is estimated at 3-6 business days.

Express Next Day and 2 day shipping are offered via UPS (no P.O. boxes) and the cost is calculated at checkout.

Timeframes do not include our 1-3 day processing time and all timeframes are based on business days.  I do my best to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner however we are not responsible for  delays.

14 Day Exchanges

At this time I do not offer refunds-However we do offer exchanges. 

If an item is damaged as a result of quality or got damaged during shipping, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Traci Moyo Designs reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
